We loved living here for 2 years. The property manager, Tina, is very friendly and helpful. Any issues or work orders were resolved in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The dumpster/trash compactor is maintained and emptied regularly. Never met an unfriendly neighbor. One of the better apartments for children and pets that I've seen. I only have good things to say. We'll miss you, Winchester Bend!

We had lived at another complex twenty years before this and new company had taken over and its was horrible.Tina and Dan have made us fill right at home here.They both are are on top of any problems that arise.A faucet was leaking when we moved in and we used used to waiting for weeks to have it fixed at our old place.Dan ordered it and within two days it was taken care of.Great job by both

The apartments are nice, but be aware when you move out. They do not prorate the rent so you will pay for the whole month. If you leave before the end of the month, you will pay part of their bill. I moved out on the 26th of the month and I did not get back money for the 7 days I was not there. I also had to pay 7 days of their has bill. I called Columbia Gas and was told that bill belonged to Winchester Bend, but because I left before the end of the month. I even have notice in June that I was... moving in August. I was an original occupant tenant, and but for a job offer out of town, would still live there. Stacey is absolutely top notch. She was still there when I moved out in March, 2013. Apartments are spacious, quiet, and attached garage is a real plus. Loved sitting on the porch in nice weather and watching the animal life. Only complaint: WOW cable was the only cable company available (though satellite TV is permitted, with restrictions).

To the point. Pros: units are attached by garages, leaving little to no sound heard from neighbors, 1 level floor plan, attached porch, water bill included in rent, friendly neighbors, yard maintenance, small pet friendly. Cons: units built too quick leaving room for error (missing paint, baseboards not sealed, leaky fixtures). New management & maintenance personnel (as of June 2013) not knowledgable or considerate of repairs or requests made by tenants. Several neighbor complaints of new... management. Existing tenants are patiently awaiting the return of Stacy as our permanent apartment manager.
