There is still filth and trash everywhere…all around the dumpsters and on the grounds. It’s been that way for months. I don’t ever see a groundskeeper on site. It looks so trashy.
The walls and floors are super thin, like ridiculously thin. You can hear everything, especially if your bedroom shares a wall with the breezeway. Forget sleep if you try to go to bed before 11pm.
The gym is small. If more than a few people are lifting at the same time, it can be a mess.
These apartments are very... overpriced.
Oh and the traffic around rush hour is awful. There’s no traffic light to help.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The management change has been awful and I cannot wait to move out from here.
