Absolutely unprofessional in dealing with new tenants. They approved my family for a unit and did not send the follow-up email for administrative fees they said they were going to send. It’s been 2 weeks and no word from them.

Good Place Bad Maintenance and Communications
We moved in on 9/21/24 and the A/C was not working. It was 90 degrees out and we were told by the people in the Leasing Office that it was considered an emergency and someone would be out that day. No one showed up until 9/30. It is still not fixed and we are now in October. No one has indicated what is wrong or what the next steps will be. The people in the Leasing Office were nice but seems they only placate us and have no initiative to help. We even reached out to Harbor Management and no... one has yet to respond. I guess we know where the unresponsiveness of Walden Lakes comes from. The apartments are nice and community is good but if you want good property management go elsewhere.

Would not recommend
Just moved in Friday, and the apartment was above 80 degrees all weekend. Called emergency maintenance Saturday, no response. Called the office Sunday, and was told maintenance might be answering more urgent requests, and to call back on Monday for priority. There is a long line of trash piled up by the trash compactor.

Don’t recommend
I don’t recommend this place. They sell you a dream and fail to deliver on any aspects. Upon move in our “brand new” apartment was filthy with mold in the toilets and dirt everywhere. These people don’t actually care about people. Locks can be picked and multiple car thefts in the area yet they don’t communicate that to make anyone aware or do anything to improve the situation.

Do Not pass go
Definitely stay away from this place at all cost. Very rude and unprofessional management staff. Unresponsive and absolutely uninterested in any tenant issues. They just want your rent and that’s about it. The construction of these buildings is horribly cheap You can hear the slightest noise coming from your next door neighbors. This feels like you are in one big house
