It's been about a month since 232 Management bought this property and they STILL haven't updated any contact information -- we've got no access to maintenance, no means to contact the property manager nor maintenance, and all phone numbers here & on other sites lead to the OLD owners, who no longer have any records of anything on the property.

Worse, no one bothered to give out ANY information on the change of ownership to residents, aside from a vague email about the "new online portal"...... .which still lists the OLD phone numbers for the OLD owners and can't be used to submit anything, as maintenance has no access to the system.

The apartments themselves are old, but decent -- but unless they give us updated information & maintenance, it's a case of "new boss, same as the old boss". Avoid this place. Until the new owners (232 Management) prove themselves and start addressing the issues here, don't rent here.

This place recently taken over by Soundview equities has gone completely downhill. I would recommend to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The place's "upgrades" are aesthetic at best, they've raised rent by over $400 since living here. I moved out due to these issues, left the place in great shape, and 7 months later STILL DONT HAVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT back.
Yes it may be two bedrooms, have in unit laundry and check many boxes off your wish-list like it did mine... but the headache of a management company... that's hard to get ahold of, is not responsive to maintenance, and will only take action with leases or deposits unless lawyers are involved is absurd and paying a bit more a month has been way better than living there Read More

The new management company, Soundview, does not respond in a timely manner to inquiries and maintenance requests. Services that used to be provided, like consistent security and entryway cleaning, are gone. There are numerous deep potholes in the parking lot and my requests to have them fixed have been ignored. I used to love living here, but I am now excited to find a new place in the near future.

Cockroaches, crying children, and slumlords.
Found two cockroaches on separate occasions in the building.
Landlord adding fees that are not included in my lease, and being VERY unprofessional about it. I can't wait to move out. I found mold in my carpet from a leak that went unfixed (first floor apartment) and the landlord told me it was harmless and didn't do anything. Their "security" is a person in a car with a burnt-out headlight. There's a reason why so many people are leaving!

I can smell marojuana almost everyday and this issue has not been solved more than a month even though I told to property manager.
