The parking here is absolute garbage. They say no abandoned vehicles yet there are abandoned vehicles. They’ve been on the property for years sitting in the same spot and they do nothing about it. You have people that don’t even live in your apartment building parking at your building leaving the people who live in that building to park further down and walk to the apartment building. Other than the parking there’s nothing to complain about here.

Great place to stay
I have been staying here two years now and in the process of debating if I’m going to do my third year, the office seems to be very professional and reasonable. I haven’t had many problems since being here I highly recommend.

Lived here since 2017
I've lived here since 2017 and so many great amenities have been established since then. They rebuilt the clubhouse so the gym is modern with lifting weights, cardio, and some other machines. They also have security and 24/7 free laundry facilities which makes laundry day easy because I can workout while washing my clothes.
The staff is also amazing. Tucker and Kristina truly care about the people that live here and are quick to jump on anything I bring to their attention. Dylan was my leasing... agent and he still greets me like we're old friends when I stop in at the clubhouse for coffee. Kyle makes happy hours so much fun and personable! Coming from a small town to the big city, those kinds of things were/are really important to me.
Over my time living here I've had all kinds of neighbors from young couples to college students and sweet old ladies. A great place to live for literally anyone looking for an affordable, nice place to call home in Columbus!

DONT MOVE HERE !
The first week of moving into my apartment it flooded TWICE. emergency maintenance acted like they didn’t care much or bothered to help me clean the mess up. there is also plenty of things that needed repair and never even bothered to do so. ALSO my entire kitchen sink fell in !!!!!!!!!!!!!! crazy right they told me it doesn’t look like an emergency issue. please don’t move here it’s horrible also loud neighbors and i have a newborn.

Love Living Here
This place has so much to offer. They have a dog park, brand new fitness center, clubhouse with a starbucks machine, two pools, sports courts, free laundry, and its a gated community! I'll be living here for a long time.
