BEWARE

The apartments are not worth what they are being rented for. Maintenance is stretched between 3 properties and can barely fix anything. The heat doesn't work, pipes leak, stove not working properly, windows detaching from frame, it's a whole mess and it's not worth it.

Family Friendly Neighborhood



I have had a wonderful experience living here.  Tamara, the manager, and facilities staff are considerate and handled my concerns in a timely manner. Also, the grounds are always well kept.
