I have had a wonderful experience living here. Robert, the manager, and facilities staff are considerate and handled my concerns in a timely manner. Also, the grounds are always well kept.

Located approx 20 miles away from all the hussle and bussle of the big city Columbus.
Lehman Village is located approx 2 miles from Walmart, Krogers, Walgreens, Home Depot and lots of other stores and a food eating places and fast foods! It offers a swimming pool which is open Memorial Day Weekend till Labor Day. Lehman Village also offers a little clubhouse if you would like to have a family birthday, baby shower or just a nice get together for their residents to use.
The apartment manager... Robert is very friendly and nice. Also the maintence man Lou is also wonderful. Whenever something needs to be fixed Lou jumps on it and completes the job in one time without having to come back to fix the same thing.
I have lived here for 6 yrs in a 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs. Everyone that lives in Lehman Village pretty much stays to themselves. Sometimes you can hear your neighbor upstairs walking around but that's if they are heavy footed walkers and noisy. In the 6 years I have only had one major issue but that was before Robert was manager!
If you have packages sent to your address I would recommend that you use the office but also list your address. That's NOT because of the apartment it's more less Fed Ex and UPS drivers sometimes get in a rush and leave/give your package to the wrong address.
