I wouldn't move here. Management turnover is higher than any I've ever seen at any apartment. They just changed to a submetering company called NEP, which many online reviews report as having higher prices. The lights in vacant apartments are often left on 24/7, which doesn’t inspire confidence when residents are already concerned about rising utility costs. We were charged for 10 days worth of utility use after the switch to NEP and I was charged about half of what a normal month is. I brought... it up to Chelsea, the manager in the office, and she tried to tell me it was about the same because "10 days is about half a month." That explanation didn’t make much sense to me, considering a typical month is closer to 30 days. Furthermore, I wasn't even allowed to wait until we had a full month's bill before deciding whether or not to renew my lease. "Quinn," the AI agent they have handling the phones, gave me incorrect information about office hours. Gym equipment is frequently broken. Lately, my lights keep cutting off at random and it affects my television and gaming as well. The rent keeps going up while standards and quality of living go down. Maintenance recently put up strings of light by the entrance to my building and dropped a couple light bulbs that shattered. The broken bulbs remained there until I cleaned them up myself, despite that area being used by residents walking their dogs.
Also, the management company in charge of this place is called Coastal Ridge. Look them up online. They have like 2 stars.
There are better places to live in this area.

Car break-ins
Moved in Feb 2025 many cars have been damaged in the parking lot every month. Lack of security! management takes no responsibility!! Beware looks good on tour but once you move in you see all the flaws!

I know the houses look nice but do not!!! do not rent a house from here.
If you don’t care your car , If you okey to pay electric bills 300$-400$ you can lease here .It was worse decision I ever made..I know apartment complex looks good and good price . But you know why. Thats way I signed to lease.But When I start to live here cost is more then all apartments in columbus downtown. my rent 1290 a month. I paying every month around 2k .My car broke front of me . I couldn’t do anything.my neighbor car and others.And yesterday my car towed because I didn’t put my... parking cart on my car . Management towed my car from my parking spot I pay every month :) I know thats my fault.I get that. But Im trying to explain, If you signed lease here you guys gonna pay extraa++ bills and issues.

DONT MOVE HERE
Management is terrible and has no control over the crime in this apartment complex. You will have your packages stolen, bikes stolen and cars broken into and management will do nothing about it. We have had our cars broken into 8 times in the last year and we haven't even gotten a response from management about it (despite in person promising they would cover some of the payments). Don't move here you will regret it.

Management is terrible
Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience living here. The management on site was not helpful, often providing zero help resolving issues. The lack of communication to residents about construction, updates, as well as overall safety measures, was at a level that is less than acceptable. Had there been a more efficiently run system in place, I would have re-signed my lease, but there was really no choice to be made at the end of the day. I will never recommend anyone to live here.
