Tried getting in contact with a real person for weeks. Only their AI agent is reachable and will never connect you to a leasing agent. Scheduled a tour online finally, and the AI agent confirmed my tour 3 times. Drove 2 hours to come to the tour just for no one to show up or even pick up the phone. Waste of time.

I lived in the King Avenue apartments when I first moved to Columbus. This apartment was my first on-my-own apartment and it was a great experience. The location can not be beat. You are within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and cafes on Grandview Ave, Kroger is located right behind the complex (less than 5 minute walk!) and the Olentangy Trail which connects Worthington to Downtown Cbus is located at the end of King Ave.

Plus, the management team at this place is amazing.... They are very prompt in returning calls, replying to emails and helping you with any issue you may have. The maintenance team is great and respond to maintenance issues within 1-2 days, if not sooner. I once returned home one evening from vacation on a hot June night and found my A/C broken. Even though normal business hours were over, they helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and then came to fix it the next morning.
