Orchard apartments have excellent school's for My grandkids and site seeing on the area and no crime.

My husband and I lived there for 2, almost 3 years in one of the 2 bedroom townhome units. Penny was the best property manager ever. Very kind and available most of the time. If she happened to step out for something she left a sign on the door explaining when she would be back. She always responded quickly to emails, too. The rent was affordable for the area. Groveport is a great place to live. Near enough to Columbus so that you don't have a bad commute, but far enough that you felt... safe. I would walk the streets there at night by myself no problem! Maintenance was an issue at times, but they did fix any major issues and I honestly didn't push the smaller issues. They were having a hard time keeping good employees at that time which is completely understandable. I would absolutely go back in a heart beat.

My wife and here lived here for a year, Penny, the landlord, was super kind, and respectful and was honest with everything from the get go. Parking is a first come first serve basis to those who lived there, and everyone was super nice and kind. If we ever had any issues maintenance came to fix them right away. It was quiet. Peaceful. And a great place to live. If you have questions ask me personally! Will definitely come back.

I have lived here for a year, the rooms are a really good size the closets are VERY spacious, you have a really cute fenced in back patio. (2bedrooms). Maintenance does a good job fixing things if its something that needs fixed immediately. other than that it will take months. I have a few cabinets that need replaced because of the bathtub leaking through the ceiling. the bath tub also needs replaced they said they would do this months ago... still waiting on it. other than that this place is... very old so there something honestly always going wrong.
