I moved in a few months ago when it just opened and this apartment is a brand new place. Staff members are professional and maintenance requests are quickly handled. However, one thing that I don't really understand is the music from the clubhouse. Speakers are mounted outside the clubhouse and the volume is so loud. My unit is currently on the building near the clubhouse and it's like loud music is played on right next door. I've never lived in any place with this loud music from the clubhouse.... Music is played from 10 am to 6 pm and for someone like me who works frequently at home, this is a real problem. I'm seriously considering moving out soon and I definitely would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place.
