The unit itself was very nice. It was a good price with an excellent size, modern appliances, sound structure, etc. The three months I lived there were a nightmare however. I had a man repeatedly try to forcibly enter my unit always shouting a name that wasn't mine. They did nothing to make me feel safe. My car tire was stolen, car left sitting on a brick. I had to take off work and pay for a new tire, and again they did nothing to compensate or make me feel safe. They avoided it entirely and... acted like it didn't happen. Then I got roaches, which I've never had before in any other location. They sent people to spray, and AGAIN felt unsafe with people entering my unit repeatedly. My cat then got sick. This was within the span of twelve weeks! I had to threaten legal action to end my year lease, and even then they either talked to me through a glass screen, or completely failed to respond to my mail. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE AND SIZE. It doesn't matter I'm just a young woman. You'll pay a bigger fee in your possessions, legal fees, extermination, sanity, or otherwise by living here. Worst living mistake I've made.

I am actually renting at Yearling Apt. which is managed by Shelly, who manages both East Broad Plaza and Yearling. She worked closely with me to accommodate me into a desperately needed apt. in a short amount of time since I was moving from Las Vegas Nev. were I was attending UNLV to Columbus to attend OSU and only had a week to move. Shelly was fantastic in how she was able to accommodate all my needs and made sure I had a home. I would highly recommend working with Shelly at East Broad Plaza... to find living arrangements to any one moving to the Columbus area.
