I have lived here for two years and the rent keeps going up. It took two months for them to send someone to deal with a mouse problem. Anytime something needs done it takes months. They never pick up the phone. Issues with parking. Constant water leaks and halfway fixes. When you do try to talk to someone about a maintenance issue they talk to you like you are ignorant. There are no amenities. The stuff listed is all broken. Do NOT live here.

It's all lies
I've lived down the street from this property for 5 years. Bed bugs galore. They had to move out an entire row of town homes because of a bedbug infestation and lie and say there was a fire when clearly there wasn't one. Theres a pool but it isnt functional. There hasn't been water in it in 5 years. The tennis courts have never actually had a net in 5 years and need to be redone . Very affordable living but you dont get much but a headache.

There are NO AMENITIES. NO POOL... NO TENNIS COURT. They increased rent and for what? I did like management.

Decent place to stay
Okay for the price neighborhood is quite and out of the way. Maintenance does what they can for all the residents.With tools and supplies they are given . Management has went downhill from when I moved in three years ago. Moving due to poor management bring Toya back !
