Overall, we have really enjoyed our time living here (especially because of the location & the great maintenance from Brad); however, we want to bring attention to the fact that the parking garage has been stuck open for almost 2 months, and in this time our bikes were stolen. We were notified that the garage door was broken and to move our bikes inside, so we did! Then, we received a message that the garage door was fixed, so we moved our bikes back to the garage (locked with a Kryptonite lock... to the bike rack). Apparently the garage was actually not fixed (with no updated notification) and our bikes were stolen. We pay $270 per month for a secure parking garage. This is a great place to live in the Short North.

Aside from the two minute walk to the heart of the Short North, the amenities are second to none. I love the court yard where I can grill out, play bocce ball and socialize with the neighbors. Also, even though this is an apartment complex, it has a home vibe as you can't hear your neighbors.

The level of service is what sealed the deal for my roommate and I to re-sign. The leasing manager (Grace) has been nothing but exceptional.
