Overall, we have really enjoyed our time living here (especially because of the location & the great maintenance from Brad); however, we want to bring attention to the fact that the parking garage has been stuck open for almost 2 months, and in this time our bikes were stolen. We were notified that the garage door was broken and to move our bikes inside, so we did! Then, we received a message that the garage door was fixed, so we moved our bikes back to the garage (locked with a Kryptonite lock... to the bike rack). Apparently the garage was actually not fixed (with no updated notification) and our bikes were stolen. We pay $270 per month for a secure parking garage. I reached out to the management office and (after 6 days waiting) their only response was that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad we had the opportunity to speak in person, and I want to again express how sorry we are about the situation with the parking garage. This is the first time we have encountered an issue... of this nature with the garage door. As discussed, the required repair parts have been special-order items, which has unfortunately extended the timeline since an additional part was needed. We initially worked with our previous garage vendor to resolve the issue, but due to ongoing concerns, we have since engaged a new garage company to take over the repairs and get the door fully operational. We understand your frustration, especially given that residents pay for the added security and convenience of garage parking. Please know that restoring the garage door is a top priority for our team, and we are diligently working toward a permanent solution as quickly as possible. We appreciate your recognition of our location and Brad's maintenance service, and we sincerely apologize that your overall experience has been impacted by this situation. Thank you for your patience and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We remain committed to improving this experience for all residents and to resolving the garage issue as soon as possible.

Great Apartments
This is a great place to live in the Short North.
Aside from the two minute walk to the heart of the Short North, the amenities are second to none. I love the court yard where I can grill out, play bocce ball and socialize with the neighbors. Also, even though this is an apartment complex, it has a home vibe as you can't hear your neighbors.
The level of service is what sealed the deal for my roommate and I to re-sign. The leasing manager (Grace) has been nothing but exceptional. She ensures... all of my maintenance requests, calls, emails are returned promptly and takes the appropriate actions to satisfaction, all with a smile and zero attitude.

Beautiful features and amenities but Too expensive, for little space. This is Columbus not New York
