The Wagner Awning building is *almost* perfect: the apartments are beautiful and spacious, pet friendly, washer and dryer in unit, and the management team is friendly and responsive. My only warning is that this is not a place for someone who doesn’t like hearing their neighbors. The walls are pretty thin and that’s a real problem when you get stuck with inconsiderate neighbors (there are a few bad eggs in the building). I dread the weekends because I know I’m going to hear my neighbors’ music... all day - 10 AM to 10 PM - every single weekend. It’s maddening. But I also know that is not the case for every tenant and I could just be unlucky. If that is something that wouldn’t bother you then I would definitely recommend this place because it is a great building with a lot of bonuses. But if you’re looking for quiet enjoyment of your apartment I would look elsewhere (like the Fairmont Creamery) just to be certain you won’t end up in a situation like mine. Read More
