It has great views of downtown, and also within walking distance to pretty much anything! The units are updated and a big selling point for me was having laundry in my unit! It’s a great place to live if you want to have the “downtown experience.” I would recommend living here to anyone!

I moved into The Terminal Tower Residences after dealing with some sub-par leasing offices in the area. The experience working with Rita and the front office of K&D was very easy, accommodating, and personal.

During my stay, I enjoyed:

1. Making friends in the morning while doing workouts
2. Starbucks from the location in the building while starting my... workday
3. Sharing skyline sunset views with friends and family from the rooftop patio
4. Friday evening dinners in the Flats
5. Easy access to Edgewater beach for outdoor exercise and sunshine
6. The best front-yard in all of North East Ohio with Cleveland's public square, the lawn - garden - and fountain outside of the Marriott overlooking Cleveland Browns Stadium - The Science Center - and The Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame

If you're considering moving downtown anywhere other than The Terminal Tower ...

I moved to cleveland for a job in COVID times and moved into Terminal Tower without actually seeing the place in person. Honestly, the apartment was very better than I had expected. Very spacious apartment, brand new stainless steal appliances, energy efficient. Rock top deck was a great surprise. Terminal Tower is located right in the heart of Cleveland, great restaurants right around the corner; walking distance to sporting venues. My wife and I moved into the terminal tower residences in September of 2020 and we've loved every minute of it. The building is full of rich history and there are big plans for downtown Cleveland coming to life all around.

Our apartment unit itself is amazing. Compared to anything we've ever had... I mean it comes with a wine fridge and stainless appliances, what else could I ask for.

Residents get access to a full gym and the lounge is equipped with a bar, a rooftop deck, a pool table, and... shuffleboard. I can walk to work, we're surrounded by Cleveland's best bars and restaurants, and if we ever need to leave we park underneath the building... life is good.

Finally, K&D, and specifically the apartment manager Rita, worked with my wife and I every step of the way to make sure we were happy, to complete maintenance requests on time, and help us move in on a tight schedule.

No, I didn't get paid to write this review-- I'm just pleasantly surprised at how much we like it here and I don't have anything bad to say. Dealing with landlords is usually a nightmare, but I feel like K&D deserved some praise, and there aren't enough positive vibes going around.
