I loved my time at the Garfield, the location, amenities, and the staff were outstanding. I have lived in 3 different complex's downtown and this was by far the best.

The building is brand new, the room was a perfect size, and the 2nd floor community room is an awesome place to have a social gathering or study.

Lastly, the management team was top notch. Lea and Kiki do a fantastic job. They put on fun and unique events for the residents all year round, which I will surely miss.

After living in The Garfield over 6 months, I figured I have a good outlook on the place now. And it's great.

The best place I toured in Cleveland. In my opinion, it has the upper hand on any other location.

So here's a review of my 3 favorite things I love about The Garf (in no order):

1. The building is great - clean, new and quiet. (I fall asleep like a baby. Everyone's super respectable noise-wise)

2. The staff are ALL friendly - from the managers to the maintenance people - everyone's... super down-to-earth and personable.

3. The monthly residence events*

*I moved here from "out of town" and didn't know anyone...

So I was a bit nervous because I imagined it'd take awhile to make new friends.

...however, the first resident event I went to I met a great group of people I clicked with. And made a ton of new friends.

Not sure I could ask for anything else at this place (although, a rooftop pool would be nice... haha)

I just moved in a few weeks ago and I want to highlight how great the management has been. Lea and Kiki always get back to me right away whenever I have needed their assistance. There is also an on-site maintenance man who will help you hang anything up in your room. In addition, the building is right you where you want to be downtown. I am a short walk away from some of the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment in town. If you are looking to move downtown, come check out the Garfield.

I toured this past week and I was overall very impressed with the property. It is charming but modern which is hard to pull off but they did. I hate the giant windows in the one bedroom but it is a different take and lets in a lot of light (why I dislike it). The prices are right on though which makes this noteworthy and having a huge garage across the street with high clearance is a winner right off of Euclid by east fourth and by all the major buildings. This place should be a hit. Also beer... bar and amazing coffee, four elevators, and a great staff. A home run I think
