Since the time of this review,... significant changes have been made at our community. We have added two additional members to our office team, which has greatly improved our ability to respond to calls, emails, and resident concerns. We have also rebuilt nearly our entire maintenance team, allowing us to place a much stronger focus on work orders, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property conditions.

Pest concerns are also addressed through our professional pest control provider, and we encourage residents to report any concerns directly to management so they can be properly documented, inspected, and treated as needed.

We recognize that improvements are not measured by what we say, but by what residents and visitors experience. Our current team is committed to continuing the progress being made throughout Summit Ridge and providing the level of service our residents should expect.
