If you care about anything other than price, you will not move here. There are roaches and bedbugs, they take days to shovel sidewalks if they do it at all, our trash has not been taken out for a week, we haven't had hot water for almost a week in the dead of winter, the office never answers calls. We lived there for a year. It was very dirty, and the corridors smelled awful. There was no hot water or heating for several days. The building was infested with cockroaches. They didn't return our security deposit, even though they said they would return it in six months.

Lived here in 2021, the unit itself was decent and the women that used to work there were amazing, however there was always this yellow stuff that would leak from the ceilings and walls in the bathroom every time I showered.

The trash room, and stair wells were always disgusting and the hallway carpets were never really properly cleaned often.

They advertise community rooms, and fire pits, but the fire pit never worked cause they lost the remote to start it up and never bothered to do anything... about it and the community rooms have been closed off since covid started and according to friends that still live there, have never been reopened.

There is broken/missing tiles, major staining, and dead lights in the hallways, there is always at least one elevator broken at all times.

For almost the entire month of November 2025 they had absolutely no hot water and when they finally got it back it wasn't even hot enough to shower with until around Christmas. They were only given $75 off rent after a month of no hot water in the middle of winter.
