It was fine the best part I didn’t have a rent increase

I have lived in Cincy and at this complex a year. Overall it hasn't been a bad place to live. I would suggest getting a top floor apartment as the ceilings are thin. If on the bottom, you will hear a lot of walking.
While they have been responsive to pests, not so much with maintenance. It is possible I never placed an official (if there is one, I do not know) request for a fix, as I simply told the manager of the complex about the problems I had a rattling noise in the bedroom wall from... pipes. As well as low cold water pressure. Nothing that made my stay unlivable.
Management was very friendly. I like her very much. She has always been understanding, courteous, and nice.
The grounds are very well landscaped. I especially liked the pond in the back yard. I would open my window in the summer just to hear the trickling of the fountain. There are lots of geese and squirrels to watch through the summer months.
Overall I've enjoyed my stay. My safety was never in question, but sometimes the neighbors annoyed me, but what are you to expect in a complex. It was a good start to my life in Cincy. Read More
