Good Place to Live Been here since over a year. Complex is very well cared for. Staff are all heloful and friendly. Maintenence always handles any issues quickky and professionally. Very happy and comfortable here.

Awesome people! I'm very impressed! Any issues I've had have been met with kind, quick, and responsive staff. Communication is easy and they really care about their tenants. I'm extremely pleased that I chose Fairway apartments as a home to raise my family.

Rookwood Maintenance We had 2 minor maintenance issues which were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. The staff here is top notch!
