A/C Unit Recharge Request for A/C unit recharge. My apartment had gotten up to 91° ans couldn't cool it. I was surprised how fast maintenance responded and rectified the problem completely. I honestly can't remember if the response was later the same day or the next day but it was quick

Bathtub/Shower Water Leak Water was spraying out from behind the knob to turn on the water for the tub/shower.
It was a Sundays so I had to call the emergency number. The phone was answered, report taken, and just very few minutes later, maintenance had called and explained he was on his way. He rectified the issue expeditiously! His immediate response eliminated any threat to property damage.

Good Place to Live Been here since over a year. Complex is very well cared for. Staff are all heloful and friendly. Maintenence always handles any issues quickky and professionally. Very happy and comfortable here.
