DISGUSTING- DO NOT LIVE HERE
I was looking for an apartment and as soon as I pulled onto the street, I knew it was a HARD NO. It looks nothing like the pictures. the pictures look new and in a safe area, it was in a sketchy area and I didn't even want to get out of my car. There was dirt all over the side of the apartments and some doors ajar. I showed up to my scheduled time slot for my tour and the door was locked so I knocked and no one answered. I then called the leasing office and again, no one answered. I ended up... just leaving because I already knew I didn't want to live there and no tour would make me change my mind about that, so they are just unprofessional too. It practically looks abandoned from the outside and I believe all the reviews that say they are infested with cockroaches.

Kiara
I applied to this place in January 2024, I was given a move in date of the 11th, I gave notice to my previous landlord. I get a phone call a couple of days before move in that I couldn’t move in to the second week of February, kool. Feb 1st comes no phone call, I’m blowing up the office cause I’m at work it took for my sister to go to the property, for them to tell her I was put on a waiting list so my options were to get my deposit back or stay on the waiting list, the reasoning for that was... all the contractors quit, due to not being paid. Don’t rent from these people, I’m currently homeless with 4 children.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE
This place is ROACH INFESTED and the majority of people renting here have put this complex on escrow for non compliance of proper maintenance. They moved us in without disclosing their pest problems when they had plenty of chances to during our interview and tours. It’s especially disrespectful since we had our infant with us each time we were there. Absolutely no concern for your families safety or health!

Don’t walk, RUN away
These are roach infested apartments that have no business costing this much. My mom lived here and couldn’t even finish her year long lease. A whole piece of the ceiling fell out in her bedroom and after she called about it her rent coincidentally raised from 700something to ove 1k a month
