This complex is full of roaches coming out the walls and mice no contact number for the corpate email corporate do not respond back poor service BEWARE do not rent from them rent office sucks go in there they act like you bothering them this place SUCKS!!!????????

terrible
Cannot stand living at this place they never answer the phone or return voicemails they never fix any maintenance problems please listen to this review and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Excited for my lease to end . Also cops are here all the time that or ambulance .

Don't even consider
The only reason this even has a one star rating is because it wouldn't let me post without rating it. This place is disgusting. The buildings are riddled with roaches and mice. Maintenance is completely inexperienced. The agents in the office are a pain and lie about filing for repairs, and when they do, the repairs take weeks to happen. They are more focused on "fixing" the vacant units instead of helping current tenants. Some of the mail box wall mounts are broken, so mail is accessible to... anyone. Mail theft has become a huge problem the last several months. There have been multiple shootings. I've witnessed drug deals in the morning when children are leaving for school. People/kids leave trash everywhere and literally right in front of or next to the dumpster. It's ridiculous. Some of the buildings have cameras on the outside, but the office even told me that they don't work. This place is also in a failing school district. It has a pool, but it hasn't been up and running in at least three years. This place is on the third or fourth Landlord in the last five years. It should just officially be condemned. I obviously and definitely do not recommend even considering this place.

Tiring
Too many maintenance issues that aren't completely fixed. Have had issues also with entering without notice. Bugs are visible everywhere.
