Other tenants party, drink, and do drugs in the common areas. They don't enforce their pet policy at all ( had both a German shepherd and a pit bull lung at me). People stealing from the mail room. People's cars broken into in the underground garage. Management is a joke. People shooting off illegal fireworks between the buildings. STAY AWAY.

I have been living here for almost three years. It's an amazing place at beginning. However, it has gone downhills a lot in the past one or two years. I barely had chances to use the amenities because of all the guests brought over by other tenants. There was one night people were playing music at the pool until 5 in the morning. The management should take real actions to address these rather than sending an email to "reiterate" the rules so everyone can get some good sleep. One41 Wellington is a great place to live. The property is spacious, the amenities are nice, the property is clean and the entire staff is professional and courteous. I would recommend 0ne41 Wellington to anybody looking for an apartment home in the Cincinnati area.

Just moved into the apartment complex and was really welcomed warmly by all of the staff and people who live here. The apartment had barely any issues to address on the move in report and the grounds have been really taken care of. Truly enjoy 141 Wellington and highly recommend!

I was immediately WOWED by this property. So much space, so pet friendly, and the the staff is phenomenal. We moved in a little over 1 month ago and have felt at home the moment we walked in the door. My older dog has trouble getting used to new settings and the staff went out of their way and gave us a calming balm for to help his stress. I highly recommend this property if you have a pet and want a beautiful new home close to the city.
