Spacious, Bright and Airy Condo in a Vibrant neighborhood in downtown Cincinnati.
My wife and I bought our Cincinnati condo few years ago because we have family in the area, but live in California. However, we soon fell in love with Cincinnati. We... enjoy downtown and its many activities. I’m a big sports fan and my wife loves performing arts and our condo is in the center of all the stadiums and performance venues. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, parks, metro bus stop and outdoor activities. The condo is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator. It has one bedroom and an additional sunny room that can be used as an office, exercise space or guest bedroom. The kitchen has all the necessary large and small appliances. The washer and dryer, and heating and cooling systems are located in the condo. If you choose to have a car, there are two parking lots and one parking garage next the our building.
