I have been living at Arbor Grove for a few years now, and overall it has been a great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

At one point, I had an issue with bugs in my apartment, and management handled it immediately. They had pest control come out right away and followed up with weekly treatments to make sure the issue was fully taken care of. Now they are transitioning to monthly... preventative treatments, which really shows they care about keeping the property in good condition for residents.

The maintenance team is also very responsive and takes care of requests quickly. You can tell the staff truly cares about the people living here and works hard to keep the community comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Arbor Grove to anyone looking for a place to live!

Scheduled a tour online and received a call from the leasing office within just a couple of hours. They were able to accommodate me for a tour later that same afternoon, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I absolutely loved the property. I even spoke with several current residents during my visit, and every single one of them spoke so highly of the community and management team.

I signed a lease shortly after and moved into my two-bedroom apartment a few weeks later. As with... any move, there were a few minor maintenance items that needed attention, but Tracy and the maintenance team were incredibly responsive. A technician arrived within the hour, and everything was completely resolved by the end of the day. It is very clear that the staff here genuinely care and stay on top of everything.

Still a current tenant. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here! This is my first apartment and it absolutely exceeds my expectations. They repaved the parking lot last year and it looks so much better. Management has also been extremely timely (within 24 hours) in getting back to me if I had any issues or questions. Everything is updated and very modern-looking. They sent out an email asking for recommendations for property updates and I mentioned getting secured access to the buildings. great at first. decent size for decent price for a starter apartment. new appliances. i was promised a dishwasher and never got one. then the plumbing issues started. kitchen sink would overflow for months and flood my kitchen. that was taken care of eventually but has started gurgling again. now the ceiling above our shower is leaking BAD. i think this place is made of paper. theres holes in all the cracks so spiders and ants get in. i cant stand to be here any longer. our landlords and... maintenance people are decently nice and our neighbors arent bad but when everything is falling apart its hard to appreciate what is good about it. We had to move our own dog out because it’s not safe and everyone is freaking out because of bugs seen everywhere they lie about checking apartments and there are roaches and beetles everywhere don’t move here whatever you do
