No WIFI
Moved into Seneca Oaks at the end of January and there are no cable/wifi hook-ups with empty promises of it being installed. It’s not the cable company, the ownership won’t sign the needed paperwork to have the lines installed.

Peaceful Neighborhood, Reliable Staff
I’ve lived here two months and I absolutely love it. I was a bit nervous to move to Youngstown at first but I’m so glad I moved to Seneca Oaks. there are security cameras and the office responds promptly to service calls. I love my home here at Seneca Oaks. There is even a playground for my kid to play on. 5 stars

False advertisements
Yes a lot of elderly live in these apartments but this is not a wheel chair excess able community and hope they can partner to make this community more suitable for the community.

Quiet Nice Environment
This is a gem of a community. The staff are really nice and helpful. Lots of older seniors and the bus stop is located on the property. The grounds are well kept and peaceful. Very affordable place.
