This is my boyfriend's and I second apartment, and we LOVE it! The owner Kevin is such a nice man, and has been great responding to any questions or concerns we've had through the moving process. The place is very affordable, especially for what you get. We have 2 cats and didn't have to pay any kind of deposit, just a small fee a month. It has such a cozy and homey feel to it; I don't plan on leaving until we decide to expand our family and buy a house. I definitely recommend this apartment....
