I lived here for a year or two and the outside by the dumpster was always a mess. There was glass around it and the dumpster would fill up way too fast. Great sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, only issue is how small the kitchen and living room is. Barely any cabinet space in a 3 bed, and not a lot of storage.

The apartments themselves are nice, but management is slow to respond to anything, the pot holes all over the parking lot are hell on your car, kids run wild like feral dogs, and there's garbage all over the place and broken glass by tbe dumpsters. If you keep to yourself and stay inside, it's not bad....

I have a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent is affordable. You are allowed to bring pets. Neighbors are nice. Maintenance is very fast and do a great job whenever you have a problem. The new owners are doing upgrades to make the outside look fresh and new. I am very happy about the new windows. Only drawbacks... Very small kitchen. Not much counter space or storage... you do have a pantry closet that can be utilized. Washer/ dryer hookup, dishwasher and 2 1/2 bathrooms. I would recommend living here.

I saw the 2&3 bedroom...
GOOD: They were clean, u can have small pets, the area was quiet and nice....

BAD: They r small for the most part and very awkwardly set up... the 3bed room is more of a 2bedroom... when u walk n the front door u walk right n2 the kitchen and the kitchen and living room is all wide open as n the same room...
