The manager, Samantha is awesome! She is very polite and is right on any help you need. The Townhouses are laid out excellent. My husband and I have a 2 bedroom with both upstairs. And, you have a full bath, with excellent water pressure. Both bedrooms have large closets and you also have a small hall closet for hanging or linen closet. The is another closet next to bathroom for storage of towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and etc.. My living room has a large closet for clothes,... but I use mine for my freezer and I added a four teir shelf and made it a pantry. There is the closet under stairs, which I use it to, store my mom's supplies. It is actually large as I keep my broom, mop, vacuum in it as well as her wheelchair, sit-to-stand, and personal items. We have never had any problems with neighbors or loudness at night. Perfect area to raise your babies.
