I stay in the 3 bedrooms and it is so beautiful. The management and maintenance staff are great at their job. It’s been 3 years since I moved in and things are good. Whenever we have an issue maintenance comes and fixes it as soon as possible.

Maintenance
I just moved in and I had a slight maintenance issue that wasn’t super urgent. But they came out in a super timely manner and fixed my issue with no problem! 10/10 service!

Great place to live!
Wife and I have been here going on 8 months. The District has great amenities Pool, Workout room, Volleyball Court. Pet Area just to name a few. The staff Missy, Juliette, and Blake make for a great management team and always accommodating. Same can be said for our maintenance supervisor Gary always on point ready to take care of any issue. The apartments are well maintained as well as the grounds. These are the reasons The District of Ashland deserves 5 stars.
