Amazing Maintenance Crew
Everytime something is in need of service or repair they always have somebody out there in a reasonable amount of time and they get the job done right the first time. I dont remember one guy's name who fixed our AC, but shout out to Tom who replaced the kitchen faucet. You cant beat the cost of living and service quality at this place! 100%

Comfortable
The apartments were very appealing with each room having its own arrangement. Charles Gegick was a great help. He answered all my questions and showed off the perks of the depot apartments. Charles, also, helped me better understand the rent and included fees.

Nice vibe at the Depot!!!
The place has a nice feel to it. It also feels safe. Charles gave me the tour and he was very knowledgeable as well as nice and easy to get along with.
