I love how there are pop up events and other gatherings at our building. The staff is friendly and welcoming and goes out of their way to help you. Whenever I place a service request, the turnaround is prompt and swift. I just have a complaint that there are constant elevator concerns. Otherwise the building is great to live in and they do everything to keep it clean internally and externally. We also have great amenities here.

The new lobby and work out room looks fantastic and measures up to newer buildings in the area. I also am pleased to see our garage much cleaner, Goid job Buzzuto. Let's make The Gramercy even better.

Poor email/phone responses. Front of the building cobble stone is irregular and hard for handicapped to walk on. Parking garage should be illuminated brighter.

Regarding the cobblestone at the front of the... community, this area is currently in the process of being addressed. Due to seasonal and weather limitations, the project cannot begin until the spring/summer months. We will be providing additional communication as we move closer to the start of this work. As for the parking garage, it is illuminated in excess of local requirements and was recently inspected. The elevator #2 was out way too long for the amount of people and dogs it needs to handle. I hope now that it's finally fixed after many months it stays working. The only other complaints have is there is never enough hot water in the shower. In The sinks there is always very hot water but the shower is at best Luke warm.
