It is nice to hear renovations are coming. As an older building we have to keep up with all the amenities new buildings are offering. I do believe some of the rules management has have been overlooked and can lead to problems. This needs to be corrected !

Hiii! Moved in here incited 7th and so far everything is great! Didn’t have a change to use the pool yet but just waiting for the rain to stop! Happy to pick the Gramercy samy next home!

One elevator seems to always be down which makes everything more difficult. There is a leak at the entrance which is making a terrible smell in the lobby.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating the elevator issues and the lobby leak have been, and we truly appreciate your patience. Over the past two years, we’ve made significant repairs and upgrades to our elevator systems,... and we continue to work diligently to ensure they are safe and reliable for all residents.
Regarding the leak in the lobby, this is connected to our current awning replacement project. Unfortunately, recent rain has exacerbated the issue, but we’re actively addressing it. We anticipate completing the project by 6/30, which should prevent future water intrusion and help eliminate the unpleasant odor.
