The building is beautiful and the staff is very nice & helpful. Martin, the cleaner, is the nicest, friendliest man you will ever meet. He’s always so kind, and says hello everytime you see him.

Living here is nice. The best part is having an assigned parking spot in the indoor garage. I don’t need to worry about finding a place to park my car. Ray is a super maintenance man- he never fails to repair whatever needs fixing. The central a/c is a nice plus. I especially enjoy using the island space in the kitchen. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment makes keeping up with laundry easy. Martin keeps the building looking nice.

Living at West 130 has been a great and amazing experience for our family , the community and amenities are well organized and kids friendly - but this could not be possible if it wasn’t for the great team and management at West 130 from Lila , Monica , Diana to the maintenance team and our super Raymond . They’re all make the experience even better. We love the fact that they’re always doing activities for the community and also making sure the safety of residents and security it’s a priority... at all times . Thank you guys for running the place the way you do . Long live West 130 and their team.

Nice place to live. Some quirks and oddities but overall outside of that it’s good.
The community is very nice. Easy to get around the area.
