I have been here since 10/2025 and so far I have no complaints. I like that the staff are very helpful and friendly. They also respond to emails and service tickets in a timely fashion. I would defiantly recommend this complex to my friends and family.

It’s refreshing to see management taking residents' concerns seriously and working toward positive changes within the community. Meaningful improvements take time, and consistency and communication make all the difference. The location is super convenient as a student at Hofstra University. I appreciate the apartment gym which has a good selection of cardio & weight machines.

Everyone is friendly. Building is very quiet so far no complaints.. Just moved in a day ago but building amenities parking cleanliness is top notch.
