Amazing community to live in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The elevators, stairwells, hallways, and other community spaces are very clean.

There's 6 EV-Charging Station available and only 2 or 3 are operational since past 4 weeks and no action is being taken by the management. In staircase well there a constant pungent smell coming since long and no steps are being taken to address that.

So far so good. Everyone here seems so friendly and professional. The new apartment is great! I have no complains! Maintenance came to fix my sliding fairly quickly! and location of the complex is perfect so there is no hassle getting to where to need to go. couldn't ask for more.

I have lived here for the past year and have had a great experience here, love the convenience of amenities like the gym and trash butler and location being a close walk from 7th street in Garden City
