I just love my apartment it’s quiet spacious I’m in awe I can go to the balcony sit and get some sun or hang out at the pool and don’t even have to worry about parking I just love it

I thought I was moving into a sleek, modern apartment with a balcony and luxury finishes; the tour had me convinced. But the unit I actually got? No balcony. Old carpet. Broken appliances. Moldy countertops. Broken blinds. Unsealed windows. And the master bathroom is so humid, the carpet outside it is literally soaking up moisture.
This wasn’t just a letdown ; it was a gut punch. For the price I’m paying, I expected a clean, comfortable, updated aesthetic space. What I got feels rushed and... neglected.
If you’re considering this building, demand to see the exact unit first. I wish I had.

So far it’s a really good experience for me at Metro 303. We love it and the kids enjoy it as well. My only suggestion is to get the elevator fixed. It closes too quick and can get someone hurts. After that it’s a great place to live in.

I have lived in the building for almost a year now and have had a great experience! The trash services are a nice amenity and as a Hofstra student, the location is very convenient.
