The new property rental agent Deneen is always nice any questions she will give you a answer or a follow up with a call back . The New Maintenance worker Devin is nice and it is good to have a worker that is reliable ! He does a fantastic job . We have been here for going on 3 years no issues lately .

I moved out of this complex last year with my fiancé and toddler, and honestly, I’m still shocked at how awful the experience was. The leasing consultant, Sherry, is hands-down the worst part of living here. She is consistently rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. She seems to go out of her way to create conflicts and has no problem trying to fine residents for the most trivial or nonexistent “violations.” It’s exhausting and, frankly, unnecessary. Other residents have shared... similar experiences—she’s not just difficult with me.

The complex itself isn’t much better. Plumbing issues are constant, and maintenance requests are handled at a snail’s pace. You’re left waiting for basic repairs while dealing with someone like Sherry, who makes the whole process miserable.

If you value your sanity, your time, and a peaceful home environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a place where management actually works for residents—it feels like they’re actively working against you. Read More

My husband and I lived at Webster Park for nine years. Then we became a certain age and decided to move to a 55 and older community. After one year of 55 and older we have decided to move back to Webster Park !! I contacted Sherry and she took care of us immediately!! She is amazing and very accommodating!! I can’t wait to get back to the cozy, comfy, well managed Webster Park !! I highly recommend!!

The apartment complex is very nice, the leasing agent Sherry was extremely nice and helpful. She would reply to my many emails very quickly and even after business hours. They had no vacant unit to show but the grounds are well kept and it looks very nice. I can see why they have no availability.
