I have lived here almost 10 years and I love living here. Prompt service response, friendly office staff and clean outdoor spots.

I have been here for a year and have no complaints other than issues with my air conditioning unit. When I moved in (Sept. ‘24), it was not working and was not fixed for about a month. This July, I submitted a claim because it was running and not cooling. The contractor came out and was at my apartment for 4 minutes, obviously not fixing the unit and marked the request “completed”. Overall great community with very little problems. Short driving distance to many areas of in interest in Rochester. Management is very responsive to issues.

Windsor Gardens has been my home since 2019. Anytime I have had an issue, the office has been responsive. Issues in our building have always been handled quickly and appropriately.

The complex is quiet even with kids living here and that’s a plus for us at home workers or those that are single.

Miss having the pool and weekly cleaning of the building but things happen and we adapt to the needs of business.

Plan on staying as long as I can because this is my home.

Quiet apartments that are close to the expressway. There is virtually no foot traffic which means your car is safe when left unattended. The laundry room has a lot of washers that have been out of order since I moved in a year ago so sometimes you need to plan your Sunday around this. All in all I love living here and my neighbors are so great.
