I’ve been here going on 12 yrs and I still love my townhouse!!! Maintenance is efficient when you call and Ashley in the leasing office is very pleasant and patient when it comes to dealing with some of the tenants. I would highly recommend living at Valley Brook Townhomes

You cannot find a better value than here. The bedrooms are spacious, the one and a half bath is great. It's quiet and friendly. Everyone keeps their front doors and windows decorated so it's a nice looking community!

Great 2 bdrm apartment!! I love that they have wall to wall carpets, is pet friendly and has a good amount of space!! Everything is close and my daughter loves her school!! The staff is great and responds very fast!! Love this neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. If you are looking for something affordable with a great atmosphere I definitely recommend!!

Officially 6 YEARS!!!! My small family and I, slice of heaven. Ashly is dope! Kane is PHENOMENAL! and this is not a paid review to be clear. Unsure why others rate below a 4 star because I've stayed in some other places prior to Valley Brook and let me tell you, 6 years, says enough. Consider the source sometimes regarding negative reviews. The humbled tenants are appreciative at all costs, 1200 sq. ft..
Like Brandy sung in Cinderella, my own little corner! I don't want to recommend my place... because not everyone have the same perspective neither appreciation. Since I've been here, this place has been very reasonable and considerate. NOT one issue that would have me leaving a bad review. It's worth every penny!! NOTHING is PERFECT neither GUARNTEED but this place makes us feel like it :) Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Brook. I needed a place fast and was running out of time. Ashley the property manager was absolutely amazing and got me in. I have been there 2 years and it's been nothing but great! I have recommended Valley Brook to my friends and family. Any maintenance issue is resolved very quickly I have never had an issue with things being fixed. Everyone is so incredibly nice.
