I've had an absolutely wonderful experience living here this past year. If I weren't moving on after graduation, I would choose to stay here indefinitely! From the moment I moved in, the entire staff was incredibly supportive, making what could have been a stressful moving process remarkably smooth and much easier.
The amenities here are fantastic and I make use of them constantly; they are always clean. Whenever an issue arises, maintenance is on it immediately and they are incredibly... responsive. I've never felt so at ease and at home in an apartment building.
While all the staff members are outstanding, I especially want to highlight Tanner. He's always there with a friendly smile and takes the time to chat. He consistently brightens my day and is always ready to assist with any situation that comes up.
Without a doubt, this has been the best living arrangement I've had during my time in Syracuse! I wholeheartedly recommend making this your home!

The Laurel is decent off-campus housing compared to others, but there are a few downsides. I initially signed thinking utilities would be cheaper since they advertised "just electricity," but everything runs on electric—so bills end up adding $50–$80 to rent. Power outages occur monthly, and water is frequently shut off for maintenance. Delivery is unreliable; the front door is usually locked, so food or groceries often get stolen—this has happened to me 5 out of 10 times. Lastly, I referred my... entire household when signing and was promised a discount. However, after returning from studying abroad, I was told I was no longer eligible

Really nice new apartment complex. This is the second apartment I’ve been at in Syracuse and have been to several others elsewhere over the years. One thing that definitely stands out is the staff here. Super friendly and always very professional and responsive. More so than probably any other apartment I’ve been at.
