How Is This Rating Determined?

Misleading and rude

I called to double check that the property has in-unit washer and dryer - they do not. When I mentioned that they should change that with apartments.com, they hung up on me in mid sentence.

There is no excuse for being rude to a potential customer, and listings should be accurate.

If that is how a potential customer is treated - imagine how they would treat someone who is already tied into a lease.

I will never rent from this apartment complex or this management company.

Greenwich manor

This apartment complex is in a great location. Close to all major highways, malls and grocery stores. It's a quiet place and the tenets are pretty good. The apartments are in need of updating. The rent is reasonable with hot water included in rent. There is a laundry room in bldg..if you can deal with some flaws it's not a bad place to live. B

Thank you for the review. Greenwich Manor agrees with you on all points made. We are excited to announce that we are taking time and money to upgrade all the apartments on property. We are replacing floors, cabinetry, counter tops, sinks, and... appliances in all kitchen and bathrooms of each unit that is vacated. In the last year, we have replaced all of the deck railings and made major improvements to the exterior areas of the property. We will continue to make improvements for years to come!
