Great Community Horrible Super
The Super does nothing, if something is broken he tells you he is too busy to fix it. The Landlord supports him. Rent with Caution!!!

Since 2015 we had a staff change and now have a live-in building superintendent who attends to all maintenance requests and conducts annual preventative maintenance.
