Beautiful and bright but that’s it. You hear everything including toilets flushing and people walking. Management doesn’t do anything to change the issues. Very high prices- unless you get in with affordable housing this is luxury prices in anything but luxury. Before you sign, come by and speak to people and get the real info. I should have done that.

Don’t feel safe
Headline says it all. Construction ongoing, not feeling safe walking the neighborhood even during the day. Loud parties in common spaces every weekend. Package handling and building security poor.
