I have lived here for 9 years and gone through three property managers, the newest is terrible, this place is going down hill. For that reason, I am moving out soon and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This place is not quiet, they let anyone move in and don’t care when they break the terms of the lease. Management will not enforce any rules and doesn’t give a lick about their tenants. The maintenance staff is great and very kind but management is garbage. I would highly recommend you... find somewhere else to live.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
We have lived here since 2014. It's a great place if you enjoy living around others and their drama. Parking is an issue. Even though your given one space and visitors are instructed to park on the access road, no one follows this, leaving a paying tenant with no place to park. Management sends emails when you complain, but no one cares. Poorly constructed building. Tenant fights, loud music, slamming doors, endless ringing of doorbells all can be clearly heard in your space. You complain... management sends emails no one cares. It is maintained well, the apartment is nice. I wish they would let a better class of tenants in to avoid the noise and drama issues, but it is Schenectady so what can you expect. We were at first happy here but the endless neighbor issues are the final straw to convince us to move out. It is not quite here so do not be fooled. In the summer the industrial park next to the complex is noisy. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Current Resident
I've been a resident here for over three years and I'm very content. I have ambulation problems and was delighted to find a first floor apartment with in an in-unit laundry, a door that opens directly to the outside, and other amenities I was looking for. The apartment was in pristine condition when I moved in. The Maintenance staff is very efficient and responsive. The grounds are well tended, and the basement storage unit is adequate for my storage purposes. I am happy to be able to have... my cat with me. My complaints are few: In the past year the neighboring industrial park has become noisy at times, though how much you hear would depend upon where your apartment is located. While the first floor units are suitable for handicapped folks (wide doors, outside ramp, oversized bathroom to accommodate wheelchairs, unfortunately there are two bathroom issues that poses a problem: the bathtub is raised, therefore requiring that you raise your legs quite high when stepping in and out of the tub. Also, the toilet is the lowest I've ever seen, and is very difficult to get on an off of if you have back or leg problems. A higher toilet and lower bathtub in the first floor units would make this an ideal residence for folks with physical challenges. I miss being able to grill outdoors, but again I understand the safety concerns of management because there are irresponsible folks who wouldn't take the necessary precautions when using a grill. Also, the rent is raised every year, which is a common practice most everywhere. (Sigh). Yet I'd rather pay the increase in rent in a nice place like this (until I can no longer afford it, rather than at another apartment complex that isn't as nice or well maintained as this one.
