amazing location & great apartments with helpful management & maintenance!!

This property is excellent, great amenities, spacious apartments, loads of parking, and in the most perfect location in the tri-city area. It feels like a resort to us. We lived here for two years, left New York and couldn’t stop thinking about Oxford Heights so we CAME BACK to live here. Jennifer the property manager has been here for years and has truly made us feel like family. There is no place like Oxford Heights I can assure you of that!

I'm surprised at some of the reviews. I've been here for about 3 yrs. The grounds are nice and kept well during all seasons. Pet rate is reasonable and the apartment is in great shape! The maintenance is on point, quick and courteous. The pool is quaint and clean as is the gym. They also have a gardening area if you are interested. My husband and I have lived at Oxford Heights for a few years now. At first, living here was fine. However, over the years, new residents began smoking cigarettes in their apartments, being extremely loud, etc. Management is aware but has done nothing to rectify these issues. Your rent increases every year even though the apartments are extremely outdated and old. For the money they charge in rent, you can find a much better place to live than here.

I have lived here for many years. It was great from the beginning and has stayed that way over the years. The managers are nice and helpful. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Cant beat the location. Apartments are well maintained and nice and quiet.
