Overpaying for an apartment,
Snow being cleaned in an untimely manner,
Neighbors who don't know how to park on the street and can't mind their business,
AND no amenities.

My roommate an I moved into highland manor last winter and we have had a good experience. The apartment included utilities and it was always warm during the winter. The apartment we moved into was very clean and had a lot of closet space. It also has a great very spacious living room. We also use the storage unit in the basement which is huge.
Anytime I have had a question or concern it was answered quickly by the staff.
The only problem fr us is the during the summer it is very hot and the... windows are to small for standard air conditioners. I bought a portable air conditioner but it was more expensive.
We have never had bugs or anything in out apartment.
Overall it has been a pleasant living experience.
