Community Manor Apartments is a great place to live. I have lived here for many years now. I live in a very quiet building. Property is kept up very well.The staff & maintenance are friendly. The heat is included and there are wall to wall closets in the bedrooms. WE are near shopping, colleges, hospitals. restaurants and a number of main highways. This is a very safe community to live.

Too much noise either from road or from railway (terrible ) ! The maintenance men are not responsible and not qualified enough ( they say so!) ! The rent is getting up to the roof: in 3 years it went up 50% ! it is a terrible management ! The buildings have no basement or any insulation from the bare ground 2 feet under the wooden floor of the apt.! All windows are so bad, you feel the wind thru, if any ( not good in winter)!
The reason there are so many 5 star reviews is because they take of $5... from rent if you write one !

I have had an amazing experience here! It’s very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors and management are very nice, and Community Manor Apartments has the best price and value!!

I’ve lived here since 2006 and have enjoyed it. The new owners are making improvements, my favorite being the new washer and dryer that use an app instead of quarters. It’s a quiet place, and all my neighbors are friendly.
