you get NOTHING for your money

Overpriced nothing included, hasn’t opened the pool or clubhouse in three years. Too many rules, poor management and you get nothing for the amount of money they charge!

I love living here, it is close to the city of Poughkeepsie, but far enough outside of it in a country setting that I feel a sense of peace and contentment here. The maintenance guys are kind and responsive. The management (Ken) during office hours is always just a text, email or call away. Big sellers for me were the in unit washer/dryer and loads of storage space. The Mid-Hudson valley is not an inexpensive place to live as I found out when apartment hunting 3 years ago - I find my apartment,... it’s amenities and staff well worth the rent which was more affordable than others of similar quality in our area.

OVERPRICED shoddy and loud

These apartments are enormously overpriced, and LOUD. Paper thin walls. Dogs barking. No peace here at all. Terrible school district. Close to ghetto. Bugs are all over. There is bad water. Atrocious! Do not give these people your money! Stay with family if you have to, and offer them cash, but DO NOT SUPPORT THESE RIPOFFS. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

DONT MOVE HERE

Don't be fooled by the pics online. I moved here about a year ago. I have so many maintenance issues that need to be taken care of, since I moved in that they promised to fix, and have yet to do. Leaks in washing room, under toilet, and under kitchen sink. Being that water is leaking it's causing the floor, and walls to stain. My front door, and along with other tenants need to be painted. The paint is wearing off, and is in need of a paint job. You think you're moving into a "gated community"... the gate is always opened, so I'm not sure why it's there. Anyone can enter. I can't wait to move from here

Great Place to Live! Excellent in all ways

Moved across the country, and I found this complex on apartments.com. Lived here for 2 years, and everything has been great. Maintenance Team is great and cool. They are quick with repairs and any fixes that need to be done. Management is quick to provide communication about things happening in community. Pool is clean, weight/work out room is also clean and well taken care.

Sure there’s a few thing the tenants could do better, but the whole team here works great to keep the bar high. Thanks... for the great experience!!
