My husband and I lived at Kaal Rock for a collective 5 years (he had a 1 bed unit for approximately 2 years before we moved in to a 2 bed unit together that we were in for almost 3 years). While we certainly outgrew our apartment by the time we left, we were overall satisfied with our time there. Our biggest complaint are the laundry facilities--machines are outdated and often down, resulting in us feeling the need to utilize a nearby laundromat instead of trying to do laundry on site. Both... apartments were cozy, and offered what was needed at the time he and eventually we lived at Kaal Rock. Overall, priced fairly but could use some updates to the laundry facilities.
