I live in a 1 bed 1 bath here with my husband. When we were touring the Beacon area, this apt was BY FAR the best we saw. It is also the best apartment I've ever lived in. Kim, the property manager, is great; she's very knowledgeable, very responsive, and extremely kind and welcoming. She makes you feel at home before you sign the lease (and after!). Nick, the maintenance director, is so kind. He is there super fast if you have an issue, takes pride in the building, and wants to know and meet... the community he helps.
The building is fairly quiet overall, with the occasional bark from a pup or a happy squeal from a kid. There is plenty of parking.
The bathroom is easily as big as any bedroom I've ever had (including those with ensuites). The kitchen is spacious with plenty of countertop for prep work. Out living area comfortably fits an "entertainment area" as well as two work-from-home set ups AND a kitchenette. The bedroom is also massive, and despite all the furniture and random assortments I have in there, it feels a bit empty still.
The building is in a quiet neighborhood, and it's easy to walk to mainstreet. Biking is also easy with covered bike racks in between the building segments.
I seriously have not had a complaint. I'm so happy this is my home.
