Long Time Resident
I have been a renter here for over 2 decades. You cannot beat it's location, close to parkway and mass transit.
The maintenance staff is terrific. While I have not needed many repairs in my years living here, they always respond quickly, do a great job, and most importantly clean up after the job is done, leaving my home immaculate. Anthony, the head of maintenance, always touches base after the job to be sure everything is done and the tenant is satisfied.
During the height of the pandemic,... Eagle Rock staff adhered to the strictest of protocols, making me feel safe having them in my home.
