As a resident and owner at the Parc Vendome, Erik has completed over 100 transactions in the building and has an encyclopedia knowledge of the intricacies of the building and often referred to as the "go to" broker within the brokerage community for the Parc Vendome. Originally from Pensacola Florida, Erik currently lives in Midtown, and has called Manhattan home for 23 years. Since going to school in Oregon and swimming on a competitive level, Erik has a love for water and is a certified scuba diver. He spends his free time running, traveling, or enjoying the world under sea level.
